A mí me encanta el sol, siempre con protección pero es TAN necesario... Es la mayor fuente de vitamina D para el cuerpo así que creo que no hay que obsesionarse y exponerse moderadamente con la protección adecuada. Pero qué gran placer tumbarse al sol después de un buen baño!!
Va a sonar muy frívolo pero lo mejor de Cuba para mí fueron lo mojitos!!!!
